    Large amounts of water leaking from his brand new unit install. Won't come back to check. Been two weeks now. Dehumidifier can't keep up with the water. Its a airbnb so I cant tell the guests not to run the AC. They have had these bookings for months and would kill me to cancel them. Im forced to contact AG and then file small claims over this water clean up. Brand new home!!

    We made several attempts to go to the property and look at the water that Mr ********* says was at his residence. However, when we made contact he informed that he could not be there at that time, he operates a Airbnb out of the residence and if he has a guest there we can’t come on the property and we have thousands of customers. And he’s giving us like a 30-45 minute window once every two weeks. And then changes that. We’ve made every reasonable effort to make it to the property.

    Thats actually FALSE. Lets start from the beginning and tell the folks about our experience. When you first installed our Heat/Heat pump/AC only the heat pump worked. You had to come back out because apparently you didn't test anything. That time you claimed a wire was different on the harness that connects the air handler and the condenser. Why did you say it was good if the heat and the ac didnt work? Fast forward two weeks, we were alarmed to discover several large puddles of water under our home. After digging into the source, this was coming from your recent install. I called you 5 times over the period of two weeks. We scheduled a day and time twice and you didn't show up. Another lie above is saying we allowed 30-45 minute windows, it was actually 4 hour windows as I mentioned the house is a airbnb. This business owner refused to come out and fix his new install leaking water all over my crawl space. The third party heating and cooling company found that this installer did not seal the back of the air handler allowing water to run out of the unit and laid under my house causing flies and smells to build up. So sure, go ahead and hire this guy if you want to have the system not work right off the jump and leak water all over your crawl space. This guy says "no air calls come before callers with air". I guess water running out of the unit isn't important to him. His assistant answering his phones completely agreed with the situation being unsatisfactory, she went as far as to claim he has a lot on his plate. So his work flooding my crawl space wasn't important. That is very concerning folks. That being said, if you want mass amounts of water under your house and have to hire a third party heating/cooling company to come fix what this guy just installed THIS IS YOUR MAN.
