    My mother who is in her 70s purchased a pool here in May and was told that it would be set up the first or second week of July. She paid the full amount. $7900, in cash, for this pool. It’s the end of August and the grandchildren have returned to school so she went in and ask for her money back. She has her receipt and complete proof of purchase, however she was told that only the owner could issue a refund and he was not available to sign a check. She still has not received her money. The store manager is of no help and makes it very clear that customer service is absolutely not a priority there. Since this occurred we are seeing reviews online of stories exactly like this were customers have been treated horribly and this company has taken their money without ever providing a product or they have not completed set up and will not respond when customers reach out. I do not recommend ANYONE doing business with these people! It’s a nightmare!
