    I purchased a CF Moto from Mohawk Powersports in Beckley WV, in January they exchanged rear differential fluid, not even a month later all the fluid came out, leaving us stranded on the road, took the UTV back there, they refilled it, which running with no fluid had already caused internal damage on gears. 3rd time took back because of fluid leaking. Now it needs a new rear differential, costing $1400, which I should not be liable for, due to their carelessness. Service manager tried to argue with me stating they never changed the rear differential fluid, that we took it somewhere else and had it done, when its clearly in their service records. After he seen that, then he tried to say we had someone to overfill it, when it was brought the second time there was no fluid, because after they did fluid exchange all the fluid drained out, on first ride, which they refilled so if it was over filled, it was done by their garage the 3rd time it was there, he also stated the drain plug was not took loose, yet it all drained out causing internal damage to gears, so how was I charged for a Rear differential fluid exchange if it wasn't even done properly, and I have to come out of pocket for their carelessness.

    Falsely advertising "Free delivery on ** ***** I was going to purchase a new ** **** **** ho from them with the intent of having it delivered because it was stated on their website " free delivery on ** ****" only to be told they wouldn't provide that service due to fuel prices even though there were no stipulations on their website period, please start holding these false advertising businesses accountable for their actions. Hopefully this complaint will help protect other consumers they try to scam by telling them " there would be a delivery charge" even though it states free delivery. Thanks.

    I am in receipt of a complaint filed with an ID of *********

    This seems to be a complaint because we told a customer we would not deliver his ATV for free, and our website says free delivery.

    This customer is over 4.5 hrs away from us and is outside our designated ****** sales area. While we can sell to people outside this area, but we cannot advertise in another dealers area.

    We do not deliver units this far away for free, nor do we deliver free to ******** *** ***** ***** ** *******

    Expecting free delivery of a unit so far away is unreasonable.

    We suggest the customer contact ***** ** **********, which is closer to him, and see if they will deliver to him.

    In any case, we will not be selling him a unit.
