    I purchased a $170 couple’s massage on 5/4/24 as a Mother’s Day gift. Shortly after, the owner claimed to have a family emergency and stated all appointments and prepaid services would be delayed. Initially, the company stayed in contact with me via texting. On 7/8/24, via text, I was told that the company would start reaching out to those with prepaid services within the next two weeks. I was never contacted and all of my attempts to contact this office have failed since. I requested a refund on 10/22/24 and again on 11/2/24 via text and their website contact form, but I have not received a response. I have attempted to contact someone in person as well, but the office was closed each time. However, this company has remained active on ********. Due to the length of time she has had to wait, and unforeseen health issues, my mother is no longer able to receive a massage. I would greatly appreciate a refund, especially after the patience and kindness I have shown towards the owner and her unknown circumstances. I have kept all of the text messages between myself and the owner and have a purchase receipt as well.
