If I could give this place no stars I would. I called to set up a pool opening. It was scheduled for today. I do not live in this house yet. There is no furniture, etc. They told me I was second on the calendar. I took the day off of work, paid a baby sitter to watch my kids. They then inform me AFTER I HAD TO CALL that they would not be here until around 3. That did not work for me as I have to get my oldest from school. So I, as a single mom, lost a full day of pay (I do not get paid days) and paid a babysitter for a company that was “running behind.” The man told me initially that I should receive a call around 11 when they were on their way. They did offer to reschedule for Saturday, but I do not want to waste my Saturday and pay a babysitter for a company that could do this again.

After reviewing the issue with our service technician and the call recordings, we confirmed that you were informed of a noon arrival time for your appointment. Due to unforeseen delays at a previous job, the technician notified you that he was delayed and may arrive a few hours late. At 1 PM, he called to say he was on his way, but you had already hired another company and canceled the appointment. We always strive to be punctual, but occasional challenges at earlier jobs can cause delays. We regret that we disappointed you and would welcome the opportunity to serve you in the future.
