    I was misled by this company on what the services they would provide entailed. I was spoken to on the first initial visit that I was signing up for a year long plan with initial maintenance. The cost was $480. The brochure sent to me detailed that I would have a service technician dedicated to my home for the year and unlimited service calls with no cost. I had 3 separate technicians come out to my home, all 3 of them with different plans contradicting the previous technician. We still had a rodent problem and the 3 d tech said unless I physically see a rodent then do not call them. I asked to cancel the service at that time and they cancelled the plan. The plan was called Pest 365. I cancelled 3 months into the service. They will not refund us and we still have a problem.
