    I got through the trash company as my trash company. I am a black woman living in West Virginia. They come out here at first they would not pick up my trash and they would say that I have my trash not by the road then when I do have my trash by the road they do not pick it up they let the bags bus and I have to pick the trash up because it's too hard on their backs. When I called to complain, the lady that works in the office always take the drivers word over the customer and I have pictures to prove this recent time that they are discriminating against my trash. They do not dump trash cans is what the woman said. Although my mother used to have the same company and they would dump her trash which is the SAME exact trash can!! I have had enough being mistreated in Randolph county! This is my last straw.

    Good afternoon. Per our guideline letter for residential customers, all waste must be securely bagged and tied. In addition, each customer has a designated bulk day when one large item can be picked up. In this situation, all loose trash would need to be bagged, tied and secured and the bulk item sat out on the appropriate day in order for the service to be provided efficiently. Thank you!

    I have tried contacting Tygarts Valley Sanitation multiple times across the durriation of 3 weeks about my trash removal that is paid for for the month of December. I was ONCE called back and told that they would be picking it up the next day, that never happened and my trash was still not picked up the following Tuesday for trash day. My trash has not once been picked up this entire month of December after paying $27 for trash removal and we are now having trash pile up with no resolution and no calls back. This is absolutely appalling and disgusting, a health hazard as well!
