I had dropped my golf cart off there for service in June of 2024. I told them it was running sluggish and I would like to get more power out of it. They called a week later and told me the clutches were wore out and that was the problem.it also needed a steering rack. I was told I had to pay up front for the parts to be ordered. I paid 1500 dollars to nsnp right then. A month later I picked it up on July 18th. I could barely make it up my driveway on the golf cart it was so under powered. I returned it the next day and got a call a week later telling me sorry it was misdiagnosed and now needs an engine rebuild or new engine. Then had to pay 850 that day to rebuild the engine. Steven the owner told me it would be done within a few weeks. After about a month they stopped answering my calls all together. I would have to use another phone number or stop by and it was always “waiting on parts”. Finally on December 14 I was sent a message saying the motor was in and I could pick it up. I show up that morning and it’s not ready I ask to see the motor and it’s not there I was lied too. Same thing happened on February 14th. M essage said motor is finally in and you can plan on picking it up now. I show up and again. No motor in the golf cart. I was then told by John a worker that there was never a engine for it there. On march 16th I picked it up for the last time and it was still just as slow and stopped moving when test drove.the engine was missing the mounting bolt that I eventually had to buy and install myself.i had to haul it to another shop and they fixed it correctly.it was at nsnp power sports for over 9 months i was lied to again and again about it being ready time and time again and a new engine was never installed just rebuild by another shop. When I asked for a partial refund on the day I picked it up with it not running any better then the day I dropped it off 9 months and 2400 dollars later that was denied. I’ve never felt so cheated in my life.

    To whom it may concern,

We have made many attempts to make this customer happy.  The customer was happy with the initial service given the parts and labor for the for the initial invoice where we replaced the steering rack and clutches as requested.  Then once these items were completed, we were able to identify other issues with the customers unit that the motor was worn out and would not perform as the customer wanted.  We gave the customer options to choose from and the customer asked to take the least expensive yet most difficult route to repair his machine.  we ordered parts on multiple occasions, having difficulty getting the correct parts we ultimately took his engine to ****** ***** ***** for their help in completing the job to rebuild his engine.  We paid ****** ***** ***** for their work, and follow up work after we reinstalled the engine and it was not quite right.  At this point there was a bolt missing that we agreed to purchase and replace for the customer, he did not like the amount of time it was taking our order to arrive and purchased the bolt himself elsewhere.

As you can see by the attached documents/ invoices, we have not charged the customer for labor nor been reimbursed for the labor paid to ****** ***** ***** therefore NSNP has paid more for the repair to the customers machine than he has paid us.   We will not be reimbursing any money to the customer.  We feel we have done all we can do to satisfy the customer to no avail, including coming out of pocket over one thousand dollars.

******* dropped off her Arctic Cat as it was having drivability issues, she wanted an estimate. upon inspection found drivetrain issues. once quoted she gave us permission to proceed. We had her machine for about 3mo,parts were on back order, Back ordered parts are beyond our control. as soon as parts came in we repaired it. test drove machine for about 3miles to insure belt was broken in & the trans was working as it should. No issues were found and I was along for this test drive in person 2x as I am a blind mechanic and have to have others drive the machine. spent over an hour washing machine (at no charge) was full of mud and all sorts of debris. dropped her machine off at her home (free of charge,) normally charge for pickup/delivery) She could not afford to pay her bill in full, we agreed to take pymnts (not normal). I forgot that she owed money. I never called her for payment. I returned her call after she left a vm wanting to know where she could send me a check. When I called her she was quite belligerent, and rude. Said we were scumbags and her machine did not run, and that it overheated ( that has nothing to do when transmission) I even said that I would be willing to come look at it (free of charge, normallyf a fee for this service) to see if I could figure out what was going on with it. In fact I had offered to do this 3 times and it turned into an argument that was going nowhere, so I ended the phone call. I had my manager call her to see if we could come look at her machine and she again declined the offer. received a payment on 1/23/25 for 116.00 towards her balance. I have been more than fair. her machine has not been very well cared for and is in need of maintenance. Her machine was fixed for the issue it came in for therefore I do not believe she is due any refund and needs to pay for the balance of repairs that is still outstanding. Attached  is a copy of her bill which reflects all pymnts. please call me at *************

First part of response is true. My machine did look good. It did have debris. I haul wood to the back of my house.I did get a call from mechanic about 2 months later what was wrong with it. The reason he didn't get hold of me sooner was due to office phone and contacts was locked up in the apartment and  Owner was in Florida on a security job I was told. Next call was they needed a payment.and since I was snowboard the owner was coming to my home after the check and would look at then. He didn't show up. The next call was wanting a payment that I had sent but they hadn't received yet. At that time the mechanic told me he was coming after a check and would check it then. The check cleared so he didn't show up. I didn't call nobody any names. I did say,I think it's pretty dirty how I was being treated. They got a check and as soon as they did when do you think you can make another payment. They knew it was monthly till I paid it off.229.23 is balance what I owe. I think I have proved I.ll pay my bill. They on the other hand have not fixed my side by side. So I am not satisfied  and reject his response, while I'm 67 and trying to wheelbarrow my wood to back of house. My machine came home worse than what it left here.

the issue that ** ******* is having has nothing to do with what was fixed when she brought it in. I am still willing to check her machine out to diagnose what is wrong with it. I am a completely blind  and am willing in good faith to  check her machine out. ** ******* still owes on the original repairs. No other shop would allow a consumer to make payments and also have possession of the machine. I feel I have been more than fair and I have not added an additional finance charges on her repairs.

*********. In response to NSNP powersport. I will agree to him coming to my house to check out my machine and fix it. I'm not satisfied with my machine go back to the shop and stay another 3 months. Bottom line is I want them to fix it at no extra charge. I did not tear it up. It just quit and be hauled home not 2 miles down the road. I'm keeping my word and paying him his money. I expect him to keep his and fix it. Not be told it was running when it left the shop.

In June 2023 Steven S*** agreed to repair my four wheeler. He took $510 cash from me to order the parts. I drop my machine off in August. He could not do the repair because he did not order the parts correctly. I’ve tried numerous times to get him to repair it. He will not.I have repaired the machine myself. I’m looking for $375 of the 510, returned to me. I get nothing but jerked around with my conversations and text from him. Said he would send the money months ago, and several times since. Still have not received a penny.

First of all this repair was not part of NSNP POWERSPORTS as it was not formed until January of 2024. However he has been issued a refund of $375.00 via ***** directly to has bank account. His statement is incorrect as he did receive his parts that were ordered correctly.

    Sincerely,

    Steven S****
