    On 3/23/2023 I took my 2013 Chevrolet silverado 1500 to estep tire for a alignment to be done at the apptoment time 1pm I arrived at 12:30 30 minutes before my time to be there. After I entered the door I spoke with Tom who after telling we what time my aliment was then stated to me twice that I must be on some good shit. I told him I don't do drugs and that I work night shift. Before he would take my keeps for the alignment he said I to write down my first and last name my full address and my phone number so he could turn all information over to the federal government to make sure I wasn't a drug dealer. So I gave him my information so they would do the alignment on my truck. When I went back to pick it up Tom informed me that my truck has a bent frame and that the passenger side couldn't be put in alignment. I measured everything on my truck and the frame isn't bent and I can't get anyone to contact me from estep tire I send a email with my contact information so I have proff I have tired to get someone to talk to me.
