    On January 16, 2023 I hired Randy ******* DBA as B & N Improvements to do small jobs around my house. I paid him in full. He did do some of the work but did not finish. The work that was done was not t completed and very poor quality. I messaged him about 100 times to see when he was going to finish the work. He promised to come and would never show up. I ask for my money back numerous times and not response. I am a 78 year old woman and I feel that he has taken advantage of me due to my age. This company, from what I can find out, has done several people the same way. I would like to have my money back.

    Work was done several hours worth I explained to customer a full refund can not be done due to work being done she wanted a full refund and my understanding has a judgment on me fir more then was paid to me

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

    some of the work was done.  linoleum was laid and trim 1 bedroom.  Bathroom was torn out and linoleum was laid.  Commode was installed but is not complete.  Vanity was not installed and the people that he sent ruined a $500,00 vanity by letting the water run all over the floor.  No other work was completed,  Numerous text messages from me wanting to know when he could finish the work. I ask for my money back and I told him that he could deduct the work that was done.  It has been 9 months and I think I have been patient enough.  I just want my money back. I have been so upset to think that someone would do this to a person who paid him in full in good faith,  I think this is a fraudulent case and should be some criminal action taken.  I have a copy of all  the messages that I sent him, asking if he was coming.  He would promise to be here and never show up or answer any of my text for days.
