    October 29, 2024 I signed up for a $10/month membership for the JC Plus faith films to subscribe and view their offered films. After I signed up, I was never granted access to my account. I attempted to contact the company three times to get my money refunded and get the recurring charge cancelled . The company has not responded to any messages . I attempted to call and they never answered. I just had another monthly charge to my card for this recurring membership and have had to
    File for a dispute through my credit card company. I also reached out to this company on ********* asking to cancel the account and cancel the charges since I have no access. When I try to log into the membership account, it says there’s no account created.

    I need this recurring subscription cancelled by the company so they stop charging my card, especially since I’ve never been granted access to the account to even view any videos they provide.

    I placed a preorder for the DVD, "Not for Sale," back on 8/5/22, but have still not received it. I did get an email from them a couple of months after I ordered stating that the shipping date had been delayed until, I believe, the end of the year, but I do not remember, and I deleted that email thinking that I would have the DVD no later than the middle of January. On March 19, 2023 I sent my first email to Jason ********'s email address, as that was the email in my confirmation of order email, and heard nothing back. I did the same on April 21, 2023, and heard nothing back again. On May 6th, 2023, I sent a third email to Jason, but this time copied in Heather ******* ********, Jessica *****, and Brianna ******, as they were the top four listed people in the company. The email to Jessica ***** failed to deliver, but other than that one, I am under the impression that the other three people should have received their emails, but I have not been contacted yet again. I did try calling the only phone number that is listed for them, including in my email, but no one answers it, and the voice mail says that it belongs to a Sue ***** and she is not listed as an employee on the JCFilms website. So, this was the only way I could think of to get someone to possibly respond, or if not, to just mail me the DVD that I have already paid for, please!
