    On 5/23/24 I went to Studio 410 and im still in pain after almost a week and looking at my hair daily seeing that it was not what I paid for. I went in for a black root touch up and my front piece to be re bleached (the front was currently a cowboy copper color) the bleach was left on for WAYYYYY to long to the point it burned I told her about it and yet it was still left on. Finally when washing I picked the color the front was suppossed to be all a ashy blondish color well the color didn't take as you can see in the picture she said it would just look "blended" or ombre it clearly doesn't it didn't looks horrible. I could have dealt with the mix match color but the chemical burns is a no also she didn't even get all of my black roots i mean everything she was paid to do is messed up. I paid $150 for this service tip included and I'm not happy a week later my scalp is still bleeding it hurts to wash it. I reached out today and spoke to Lisa (the store manager) and was called a liar because she's been doing hair for over 29 years so she knows that (even thought she was NOT the one who did my hair) that no way I got chemical burn there because my hair was foiled. The bleached still got on my scalp hence why it was burning in the salon. She asked me to come in I told her I could not have anything else put on as my scalp was still bleeding. I did not go in because who wants to deal with someone who calls you a liar and is very inconsiderate and rude? I reached out to the bussiness owner she was suppossed to get back to me within a few minutes that's was hours ago at this point fixing my hair isn't going to fix the damage done to my scalp i am going to have to go to the doctor to get something to put on the sores I just want my money back
