      I have purchased six new Kawasaki motorcycles at Leesons, picking up my new 2022 in a few days. Always great service towards me before and after the sale, definitely helped me to replace my 2011 ZX14 Ninja after a car hit me, will keep going back for more.

      Outrageous restocking fee. Was charged 235. We bought the side by side there so you would thing they would have a little bit of respect and loyalty to their customers and not charge them such Outrageous fees. When ordering over phone wasn't told about a restocking fee and didn't see sign posted about such fees when picking up parts. They do print it on your receipt but by that time you've already ordered the parts. We are just about ready to buy another off road vehicle but it diffently won't be from this place. Our parts will be ordered from an online company in the future. It's sad they are willing to lose our business over 235 dollars.

      We only charge a restocking fee for the special ordered parts because that is what we are charged to send them back to the manufacture. This is not a regular stocking part. We did not tell you you needed an axle. If it had been here and we where the ones working on it and we had ordered the axle and then found out it wasn't bad you would not have been charged the restock fee because it would have been our mistake. i do hope you understand. Thank you
