    Good luck this man is a conartist to the T!! He took me for almost 20,000 total on a home and land I purchased from him. Then when I was in rehab for 30 days he had my home and all my belongings thrown out and the home tore down. I have receipts And plenty of witnesses to this occurrence. Aldo not to mention all the people he took money from with his small engine repair company. He even sold the building he was working out of before paying for it on the land I was buying. Tom knew I was a single mother that had just lost her husband and that I had a chunk of money he could swindle me right out of. He lied so much he believed himself. He stole my husbands drum with his ashes from being cremated in them. Who does that? A sick person that's who. Sadly I fell flat on my face with no money left for a fight in court. But it's coming, don't worry very soon. I'll be sure to get witness statements as well. Within a mile from the home I can find others he has ripped off. Come to find out he did this to other women as well. I hope he falls flat on his face and so does his business. Do not give this man your money he will rip you off in due time, I promise
