    Unfortunately, we have had a bad experience using Peggy as our CPA. We have received several notices from the *** and ******** about Delinquent Earned Income Tax from the years of 2021 and 2022. If you look up what the definition of delinquent earned income tax, it states that taxes are considered delinquent once the filing/payment deadline is missed. ******** identifies delinquent taxpayers by analyzing limited earnings information provided by the ************ Department of Revenue to determine if the local and state taxable earnings match. If a discrepancy is identified, ******** issues a delinquent notice to the taxpayer. So our taxes could have been filed late, they also could have been filed incorrectly, or even both. It is a shame that this has happened because we are accruing damages as a result of our taxes being prepared incorrectly/late. We are still trying to play catch up from the thousands of dollars of notices that we have received, and they just keep coming. We also received a letter in the mail after the last time that she filed for us stating that she would no longer take us as clients, which seems suspicious standing where I am now. Based off of our experience, I would advise you took look elsewhere for a CPA.
