    Use your own judgement but I would highly advise against using this company!!!! I can't put into words how horrible my experience has been with Jerry C****** Jr at WV Home Pro. Jerry C****** Jr acts as the face of the business and the head of the job but he's not even an actual licensed contractor. His dad who has the same name as him and is "retired" is the one that took the test and passed it but they don't tell anyone that. They were on the job for 12 weeks before we found out the "head" of our job wasn't an actual real contractor. In over 15 weeks of Jerry being on my home remodel we saw him in person ONE time. We requested over and over to have him meet us at the house and he flat out ignored our messages and refused to meet us. His communication is horrendous! In the meantime, he turned several untrained workers loose in our home to destroy it. My home remodel was a $150k project and now after the destruction this mans company caused in my home it's costing an additional $100k to fix all the mistakes he made and redo all the errors. I made ******* Videos of the walkthrough of my home 2 days after Jerry was fired from the job. He couldn't even follow simple instructions on how to lay engineered hardwood flooring. He used the wrong underlayment and laid it as a floating floor but never even glued the seams together per the manufactures instructions. If you rubbed your foot across the wood seams it separated. All had to come up and be redone and that is a part that I didn't find out until after the ******* videos I made. Please watch these videos before you turn this company lose in your home! We are currently in discussion with the Attorney General and will be seeking legal action.
