    Took my kitten to ER, supposed to open 6pm - 8am. They said have no dr so just didn't open. No note on door. I called the phone number, girl answered and said no dr. My kitten passed away. Such a horrible experience. Absolutely do not recommend going there before you call.

    I took my cat in for a urinary tract infection Ipaid 800 dollars they keep trying to get more money they kept my cat over night they were not specific on important details such as when my husband picked up the cat in the morning the cat still had the catheter attached and gave my husband a iv bag with fluids and said to go to another vet because they were closing they failed to mention they blocked the flow of the cathedrer they stated it was travel related we returned that night and had it removed because it wasn't possible for us to go to another vet at that time we had spent all our resources they removed the cathedrer and we took our cat home a few days went buy and he passed away when asking the vet in charge details about my cats condition she was very uneducated and just keep mentioning money no details on my cat just stress could cause his condition that's all when I wrote a review they tried to blame me saying I should have taken my cat to a another vet that day I have read multiple reviews and they place the blame on the client they dont take any accountability for there actions I will never have my precious cat back but this has tought me a hard lesson do my research before putting my trust into a organization

    Oh how I wish I could leave zero stars. I have been screaming since I got home with my dog who I had to take to these evil, thieving pieces of **** for an emergency c-section. Over $1400 to have my dog bleeding out on the way home in my car and now having to wait for another vet to open, but oh wait, they took all my ******* money so I now have none to help my dog at another vet with the bleeding!!! This is pure neglect at its finest!!! They literally brought her into their ******* lobby to us with blood pouring from her stomach like it was normal and we had to tell them to fix it. They sure did a good job! If they charge me for this ******** I will lose my ******* mind and drive back up there and they better pray the law can stop me from the **** I will unleash on their pathetic animal abusing *****.
