      i bought a bunch of items from this botique and sent back 2 pieces that did not fit fully expecting a refund to my original form of payment which is ****. when i was ordering these items over the phone the lady was giving me 20% off in order to price match another business. These were not sale items marked down so the business could get rid of them. THEY WERE NOT ON SALE. They are attempting to scam me by giving me a merchandise credit instead of a refund to my ****. They are lying and saying they were on sale. They interpeted this situation for there best interest so they can hang onto my money. I want my money back to my credit card now. I will scald this business on ******** because they are sleazy. So they either give me back my money to my **** or I will handle them on the internet.

      I visited The Rose Tree Boutique on 1/29/23 to look for a wedding dress. I was treated horribly when I walked in and the entirety of the visit to the store. I ended up finding a dress that I loved and purchased the dress. I was not told any of the terms of the layaway prior to swiping my card, and instead the terms on the document uploaded were on my receipt. They will now not allow me to cancel the order, although I was not aware of the terms prior to paying them. This is the rudest boutique I have ever encountered and would not recommend them to anyone. The owner is very disturbing and judgemental, and continuously made comments about me, my family members and my budget for the dress.

      I placed an order for a tunic top for total Us funds in the amount of $165.00 on September 01/2022 .Invoice number ******. Store requests that customers allow for 10 days for item to ship. Payment was processed on September 01/2022. I have contacted store by email several times requesting an update as item should have arrived by September 16/2022. I received a reply on September 15/2022 stating they would be looking into my request. There has been no reply since to my emails and store does not answer their phone. Last September 2021 I placed an order and order did not arrive until after Xmas and only because I pursued the matter. I have paid for item and if store does not honor their end I will require that matter be referred to authorities as this is not the first time this store has failed to meet their obligation. In the past they attempted to pass off a smaller size for the one I ordered by cutting out the size label after I waited 3 months for the item. There is no reason for such an extreme delay. I require immediate delivery or immediate refund.
