    I hired this plumber to replace a hot water heater at a rental property I own out of state, and the experience was a complete disaster from start to finish. I am writing this review to warn others.Initially, the job seemed to go smoothly. The plumber informed me the new water heater was installed, everything was working fine, and the old unit had been removed. I paid for the completed job, trusting his word.That trust was a mistake. Two days later, I had a family member check on the property, only to discover the old hot water heater was still in my basement. To make matters worse, the plumber had failed to drain it properly, and it had been leaking continuously for over 48 hours. My sister-in-law was left to clean up the significant mess to prevent further water damage to my home.When I contacted the plumber to address this, his response was shocking. He completely ignored the fact that he had lied about completing the job and had negligently left a leaking appliance in my basement. Instead, he deflected, became argumentative, and refused to take any responsibility.The most unprofessional part was his response via text message, where he bizarrely stated, "Oh FYI im grandfathered in they will be happy to here about me again. My great grandfather was the head plumbing for the Pentagon."This level of unprofessionalism and negligence is unacceptable. The plumber was dishonest about the work performed and his carelessness caused a preventable problem that could have resulted in severe damage to my property. I was left with a mess to clean up, a water heater to dispose of, and a complete lack of accountability from the person I ******** not use this plumbing service. The lack of integrity, poor quality of work, and shockingly unprofessional conduct is something no homeowner should have to experience.
