I purchased a 2024 Kia Forte GTLine with less than 900k miles in August 2024. After purchasing, my front light headlight (blinker) went out and there was an issue with the right tail light. The tail light was apparently from a different model Kia. The dealership replaced with proper model. On addressing the front right blinker/headlight, they advised they could not fix and it needed to go to Kia dealership since it was under warranty. Kia advised today 10/30/2024 that it is in an aftermarket headlight on the front right and they cannot warrranty it. They charged me over $200 in diagnostic fees. I am requesting that Capitol Ford pay me back the diagnostic fee (that should have been warrantied) and replace the headlight with the correct headlight (in order not to void my warranty that was on the car when I purchased from them).

I received a pre approval letter from my credit card company ******* ***. The pre approval letter was about an auto financing offer, they sent me to capital one ford at 7891 maccorkle ave se Charleston wv 25315. Was told when I go to capital one fort to let them know I’m a ******* *** credit card pre approval customer. I find a car I’m interested in they ran my credit and give me an offer I’m not happy with so I chose not to accept the offer, about a month later I check my credit and realize they ran my credit with 10 separate banks instead of ******* *** credit card. I call and ask them about it to see what they could do about it, they proceed to tell me they can’t/wont be doing anything about it and that I should have been clear and told the sales rep and the financing manager (who I never even saw) that I only wanted capital one credit card to be ran on my credit report. Even though I make it clear to them I was only there because capital one credit card sent me there with a pre approval letter for an auto financing offer. I would like for them to remove the hard inquires from my credit report as I’ve looked into disputing it myself through credit *****, the credit ***** route will take me a minimum of 12-14 months. That route requires me to send in a written letter with all the details for each and every dispute I have and you’re only allowed to dispute one at a time and each dispute can take up to 45 days each.
