    My son wished to go to Sky Zone for his birthday. He brought friends and the total was in excess of $200 plus we drove an hour. Toward the end of the jumping time, he came out and said they had told him he was not allowed to continue because he had exceeded his warnings. I was sitting out there the whole time and no one made known to either of us that there was an issue or that if the whistle was blown several times (for small matters) that he would be removed. The manager came out of no where and accused him of many things, ignoring our responses, and insisting that she was correct. I think there are many issues here. A crowded space, smaller children (many), and overwhelmed staff. She also said that her staff were not there to babysit. Well it’s not like I wasn’t sitting there the whole time. Overall I was really dissatisfied and left saddened. I would not recommend coming here with a child over than 10. A 14 year old boy that is tall gets singled out and is not a welcome sight to the staff.
