    We entered into a contract with Biltwell Enterprises in November 2023 for construction of a stone patio, retaining wall, privacy fence and handrail at our home. As specified in the contract 50% of the total cost of approximately $34,000 was paid when the contract was executed. The agreement was for the project to begin in mid April 2024. The project did begin at that time. A second payment of approximately 40% of the remaining cost based on half completion was paid to Biltwell on May 9, 2024. After that date the progress on the project slowed down significantly. There were many days when no workers appeared. Materials such as block, stone, retaining wall materials and the handrail to complete the project were never received at our home. As of this time the project remains approximately 50% completed. We have been provided with estimates for completion dates numerous times over the last 4 1/2 months by Kurt B*****l and none of those estimates have come to fruition. This has been a significant inconvenience to us and to our neighbors.

    I signed a contract on Feb 29th 2024 with Kurt to repair 6 steps on our back Patio, and the amount was$4560.00, The steps had crumbled some because of the quickcrete. and this is where my husband , who is a disabled veteran goes in and out . Kurt wanted $2,280.00 down and said job would be done in in 4 weeks. He had a guy to come within few days to start job. He worked about 2 hrs, mostly sanded the loose concrete and said Kurt wanted second part of money, which was on March 11, 2024 in the amount of $1,824.00. Since that time he has done nothing but promises and lies. I have pictures of steps and they are a mess. He calls and wants to know how they look and I told him no one has showed up to do the job. He has used 2 1/2 bags of concrete and 1/2 bag of Ardex.. His excuse was he had to order materials, lied about when they would be here to do the job and no show,, They have worked probably a total of 12 hrs since day 1. and part of that was to tear concrete back off of steps, after one of his guys missed it up. I feel that we as senior citizens have been lied to time after time, It has been almost 5 months and the work is still not done. It seems that after he got his money it has been nothing but excuses. I think he needs to refund our money so we can get someone else to do the job
