    I see a few doctors that’s with CAMC hospitals. I had bills for each one. I was actively paying 25.00 dollars a month and for whatever reason they sent it all to collections. I didn’t think they could send stuff to collections if you were actively paying on it. I had already paid 100 dollars on it when they sent it to collections. Each month I paid online 25.00.

    I have reviewed the account information for ***** ******* and determined that she has several accounts with CAMC that have been placed with ********** ********* Services as she stated in her complaint.   I would need additional information from Ms. ******* in order to review the specific account she is referring to in her complaint, but I was able to locate payments on one account that may be the payments she is referring to in her complaint.  The payments were not made consistently which was likely why the the particular account was placed with ********** ********* Services. Our records show that there were three $25 payment made on 1/31/2024, 3/10/2024, and 5/1/2024 respectively. 

    I reached out to the Director of ********** ********* Services to inquire about specific amounts being reported to the credit bureau,  and I was advised that there is "nothing currently reported."   ********** ********* Services would be happy to work with Ms. ******* to setup payment arrangements for any outstanding balances and discuss any balances that she may be seeing on her credit report.  

    Ms. ******* may call me any time Monday thru Friday from 8am-4:30pm at ************* and I will be happy facilitate her speaking the Director at ********** ********* Services.
