    I went to this DMV to attain a West Virginia Drivers License and provided them with a birth certificate and was denied the license due to the birth certificate provided did not meet with their requirements. Interesting enough is that I used the very same birth certificate in attaining a Virginia drivers license, which has now expired. I went to the Virginia DMV and requested to renew my license, however, because I had moved from Virginia to West Virginia, they could not reissue me a drivers license, due to the change in address. This behavior of the West Virginia DMV in denying me a license surely bounds upon discrimination, when in fact Virginia provided me with a drivers license by use of the very same birth certificate. Incidentally, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident on November 11, 2024, in which I was charged with having an expired drivers license. Why was I driving? I was on my way to the hospital to visit with my very ill wife and had no choice in the matter in order to see her.

    On June 2nd, 2023, I paid $11.50 to the DMV to get a replacement personalized license plate. My CC was immediately charged and I received the approval email on June 5th, 2023. After 3 months of waiting, I sent an email on Sept 22, 2023, and received a response on Sept 25 stating "Due to a glitch in our system around that date the plate did not get ordered. We are getting it ordered today and apologize for the inconvenience." I've sent several additional emails (to both customer service and the special plates division) checking on the status but have received no responses at all. I've tried calling but no one ever answers. It is now almost 9 months and my license plate is faded and peeling. I'd prefer not to get pulled over by police when they deem the plate as unreadable.

    I file for my title and license on March 23. 2022 still have not gotten anything I need help trying to get them I have called them many times still not gotten. A result
