    Started there in July 2023, went in for one knee consult, they stated they both had to be done at same time, went over what was going to happen very fast then brought me paper to sign for loan over 12,000 dollars said my health in surance would not cover even after they told me on phone they took it before I made appt. Never took my insurance or ask what I had just said we don’t take your type here , never saw doctor never had labs ekg or ex ray, was told that after I did the rounds of very painfull needle injection and spinal tap in the office without seeing doctor was told that I was going to need to start 12 month heat massage and vitamin therapy at 57 a month for the next year that I had to put down my bank card for auto pay just like the $300 monthly I’m doing now, only just found out 2 days before I started part 2 that they are shutting done with no notice to patients , was told by outside source. So I don’t know how I’m supposed to fully heal if they just left, I feel I was mislead. Thank you for taking time to listen to me. Just very upset the way they did me and also other people. I had to finance this over the next 5 year !!
