    I don't have enough space for my full review:
    We booked a Disney trip for August 2022, when it was time to pay for the trip I found out her office hours and told her when we would be coming that way. She wasn't there when we arrived but was on her way. We spoke about flights and transportation from the airport and was told I was being added to a watch list for the flights and would be told when the best time to purchase would be. Never heard back from her regarding either. During the meal reservation process it took multiple times contacting her and then her supervisor to get a response. In the meantime I had made my own plans but after a few days she imported reservations she had made. One reservation was for the exact time our flight was to land at MCO, when questioning I was advised flight times were being changed. Once informed flight times were not changing no assistance was given or offered for changing the reservation.
    After contacting her supervisor regarding trip planning and lack thereof it seems they want me to say I had a wonderful trip and leave it at that. The trip was wonderful but it wasn't because of any planning they did on my part.
    So buyer beware, if you do use her services, stay on top of your planning.
