  was contracted and paid $22,500.00 to install new driveway, reinstall mailbox, retainer wall, and concrete steps w/handrail. He stated job would take 2 weeks. He destroyed the driveway and our neighbor allowed us to park on his property until job was completed. The job took 6 weeks as of today's date! Brian consistently was a "no show" for much of the 6 weeks giving us stories of having covid. After seeing his ********* we found all photos of him purchasing new items, drinking at the bar, fishing, and camping, all on the days he could have been completing the job. He was given a large amount of money for materials and I had to go to ***** to purchase more materials such as the handrails which he refused to buy. He broke the gas line to the home and didn't address it until we had no hot water and had to message him repeatedly to come repair it, we all could have died from gas leak! 4 days of no hot water, finally came to repair the issue! My daughter is still on crutches, I am disabled and have difficulty walking as well. He dug up the front of the home's entrance which made it difficult and dangerous for us to get to and from the home. When he did show up, he would stay for only 2-3 hrs then leave for 2 weeks or more. He broke up the back of the driveway and left slabs of concrete, he was rude to our neighbors and dumped an insufficient amount of gravel in the driveway and ran it over with his truck! He constantly said he was "waiting for his gravel guy" but had plenty of gravel for other jobs Brian was working other jobs the entire time he was supposed to finish our job. The handrail is very unstable, the steps aren't sealed in place, when stepped on, they come up. He left today and nothing was completed at all. He stated, "we got what was in the contract" which is a complete lie! He never completed the job and it is unsafe for anyone to utilize! He left. There is a contract and he should be ashamed!

  Brian Pugh also did not install the pavers which are onsite as per the contract agreement which would have leveled out the walkway.
