    I had the invisible fence installed sometime in January or early Feb. Everything was going well until I noticed the receiver on one of my dogs collars was missing. I reached out to the rep and showed him a picture he stated that there is no damage to the collar and to put the receiver back on. However the receiver fell off somewhere and I am unable to find it.

    I believe since it had been 2 months and he stated in a text message which I have that there is no damage and it is odd that this happened it should be replaced at no cost.

    The warranty for Invisible Fence Brand equipment is for manufacturer’s defect or dog chew.  If the customer cannot physically provide the equipment we have no way to validate a warranty issue for defects/ replacements. In regards to my technician’s statement/text to the customer, he was simply referring to the fact that by photo there was no evidence of a defective collar that holds the receiver. The receiver ( the missing part he refers to) is what has the warranty.  We feel it’s somewhere on their property and would be happy to warranty once found.
