      Got our air conditioner installed 3 years ago with the labor warranty.. had to have it worked on a month later which was fine.. a couple months later called again and said warranty expired.. had to pay for someone to even come out, and labor cost which would of been expensive as ****.. couldn’t afford it so that was all that was to be done about it.. other members of the staff are more worried about it then the head people.. a few years later the person who ordered our ac remembered me and asked do I still love it.. explained what happened and said that doesn’t seem right and I should really find out what’s going on.. when they came out they said it was installed with a weak spot in the coil, it’s the only way it could of been damaged like it is.. was then quoted with a “discount” of almost 900 to fix it.. when talked to about it got called a liar and said that my calling back years ago never happened because that’s not what would of happened.. and got called a liar again when I brought up the only reason I called was because the orderer said to.. don’t trust this people at all. Some people get a great unit the first time, and everything is fine.. most people are super friendly to deal with.. but if there turns out to be a problem with your unit, they will screw you over and say it never happened and will call you a liar
