    Every month for the last 3 years Plabet fitness has charged me for a membership. I have NEVER worked out in their gym for at least two years. I don’t even have an ID badge. I have gone to the store and been told to send a letter by mail to have the membership stopped. I was then called when the letter arrived and told I had to come in. I have been in before and told the membership will be stopped and it has continued on. The last time I was told I needed to pay $10.60 to get the membership stopped because they were unable to stop the membership since I owed money. I want my money back and my membership stopped

    I sold my house in Cross Lanes in Nov 2021 and moved to my new home. I went in to the Planet Fitness in Cross Lanes and told the employee at the check in counter that I would like to cancel my membership. Once I was identified I was told it would be cancelled. A few months later my wife noticed I was still being charged my monthly membership dues. I called the location and spoke with someone, they told me my membership was still active, they said they would ensure that the membership was cancelled. Well it’s been a very long time and I recently personally looked at my checking account and realized my membership dues are still being withdrawn. I work out of town a lot, I went into a location out of state and was told that in order to cancel I have to contact the location that the membership was started. This is ridiculous, it should not be this difficult to cancel a membership. Not having a way to cancel online is ridiculous. I would like all of the dues I have paid since I requested to cancel my membership refunded.
