Took our cat to this vet for a double ear infection and while there they stated her Seresto flea collar was not tight enough, so they tightened it for us. I recently removed the collar to give her a bath and there is an open sore around her neck from them making the collar too tight. When I called to complain I was extremely upset (as one would be) and was met with a condescending reply from the front desk clerk and someone else that grabbed the phone from her and proceeded to hang up on me. They didn't even apologize for doing that to my cat. I would never recommend going here.

Horible Experience. My cat was in respiratory distress, spent the day in oxygen tent but when they closed at 6pm they sent us out the door. If he made it through the night, bring him back in at 6 am next morning to continue treatment. They start treatment and do not have facility hours to continue treatment. The Vet, Stacy L****** used dramatic tactics the entire day of how she was trying to save my cat. She was so worried. We spoke about four times as I stayed there onsite. Each time, she recommended a $500 test that summarized her findings of the day. I said that's your job. At the end of the day as she accepted that I was not getting the test, she rescended the recommendation and admitted the only time she used it that it was not useful. She compared my cat to her recently deceased father who was on many medications and thought the same ones would help my cat. She did not make diagnoses, except the thyroid was way too high and maybe a urinary infection. She prescribed 7 meds for-(Fluid, Heart Muscle, Blood Clot, Thyroid, Anitiobic) Most expensive Vetmedin $129/total cost of $386 and exray was not good, charged for second one, blood work not good, so she charged for second one. She could not read exray to determine if lumgs or heart condition. Billed $1401. Follow up vet stopped all meds except antibiotic and thyroid. Same Exray showed lungs & heart clear. Stacy L****** called me in 2 days with another cats test results for diabetes and instructed me on adjusting insulin. My cat was not diabetic and not on insulin. She later called and apolgized that she had made a mistake. My cat survived and I'm sure the oxygen helped, but I have never in 40 years of animal care and vet visits ever been treated so dishonestly and disparagingly than I was on June 18th 2024. Ms. L****** played on my vulnerability and worry over my cat and took advantage of me. The entire facility is inefficient and dishonest. I have reported both to WV Board of Veterinary Medicine. BEWARE!!
