    I purchased auto insurance on behalf of a company I owned for a truck that I planned to keep for less than a year. I told the agent, Preston ******* about this and he wrote the policy. I sold the truck prior to the end of the policy anniversary as planned and the agent was aware. AFTER the sale of the truck, they tried to take another year's premium out of one of my bank accounts even though the truck had been sold and the policy was supposed to be cancelled, most definitely not renewed. The policy was written through ***** **** and that company at the direction of this agency not only did not cancel the policy after the sale of the truck, not only did they try to fraudulently take money from my bank, but they sent me bills and collection letters stating that I owed them money. I informed the agency and Doug ******* of this and he refused to rectify the situation. He and his agent both have committed fraud against me and no one should EVER do business with or trust them. On a second front, I also had bought a commercial policy for liability when I would travel to do seminars, to cover the liability at the facilities I would use. I also informed Mr. ******* that I had closed that company and that policy needed cancelled. Not only did he not cancel it, but I'm also now getting renewal notices from "The ********" for that policy. Mr. ******** and Mr. ******* are greedy criminals. They refuse to cancel policies so that they can continue to earn commissions. They even fraudulently try to continue insurance on a vehicle that is no longer owned, and for a business that is no longer in existence. They are criminals, crooks, thieves, frauds, and conduct a corrupt and greedy business that needs shut down. I am in the process of working with the Insurance Commissioner to do just that, but the public needs to be aware of these issues so that they can purchase insurance from a reputable and honest insurance agency.
