    I keep paying more than i ever have I just paid $315.48 on 7/24 when my balance due was $630.95 which the remaining would be carried over of $315.47 i get my bill and now i owe $946.42 and they keep adding these policy changes of $328.74 every single time i make a payment this is getting worse and worse every time

    To Whom It May Concern: 

    In response to complaint # ********, I have attempted to contact the customer multiple times via phone beginning in April 2024.  I have emailed, sent text messages and called and left messages for the customer to come into my office or call me to discuss his billing statement in detail.  Also, My team member as attempted to go over this information with him as well. The last documented response on file, I personally emailed the insured on June 13, 2024 with an explanation of the billing amount going back to June 2023.   Mr. ******s insurance account is set up as a monthly bill and payments have not been received monthly.  The policy changes that he is referring to is a monthly billing that wasn't paid on time.
