11/11/22 went to Pack N Ship to mail an overnight letter to employer in Staunton, VA. I paid $45.80 on my debit card. I left, then I received a call from owner stating that I needed to pay an additional $20.00 in order for the letter to be mailed. When I questioned why so expensive I was told it had to be put on a plane which cost additional money. My employer would not approve the additional expense. I went back to Pack N Ship, well within an 1 hour of my first visit. I retrieved the letter and was told the refund would be credited back onto my debit account within a number of days. I have continued to check with my bank and no such refund as appeared. I have called each month inquiring about the refund. I have spoken to his female employee who always tells me the same thing, "he will have to call again". I just got my Feb. bank statement and again the credit is not showing.

We received letter ID ******** about refund. We are a Pack n Ship Print shop and use a 3 rd party credit card processor. We do not collect any funds, fees, or process. The credlt card processor does this.
This customer came in to ship item for overnight, overnight in ship world is business day to business day.
She informed us this for next day which would've been a Saturday. Carriers charge additional $$ for Saturday delivery, not our rules. This is posted and in terms conditions and required for the extra service. She wanted a refund which once shipment/postage is purchased, it cannot be refunded. So our company wanted to help and submit to card processor a refund request. We submitted each time she called. We do not cheat or scam anyone and was stJll billed for this shipment we had to pay for. We have tried to request refund and now receive the BBB letter.
We will gladly pay her refund from our money and take the loss. She can stop in anytime for cash refund.
