    They came to my home via ***** factory warranty washer repair. 2 people man and women unmarked pickup proceeded to disassemble my washer and needed my tools to do so.
    Inches process broke the agitator retainer and agitation wheel holes were damaged by prying. Was told they would order the parts and call 6/20/24 to check status when I was informed my warranty wouldn't cover parts. Because of misuse due to light scum which in my mind is due to "he" washers.
    Now I'm stuck with a damaged washer and the person ( angry youngman) called me a lair and said I was trying to get over on them! My noise complaint was not properly addressed eas told to make a video. The young man was very disrespectful to this 72 year old and on this Day 54 years ago joined the US.ARMY and retired learned respect as a child something evidently he missed that. It started with ***** and ended with
    PRO TV AUDIO and terrible customer service .

    This place of business could Vera various warranties for different appliances etc. We had someone sent to our home to look at a washing machine. A part had to ordered so someone was to come back out. We scheduled the day and time. Waited 4 hours, no show so we called back and was told they were running behind. Called back 3 hours later only to deal with the rudest customer service guy, EVER! He could have cared less. He then told us someone had showed up at 8 o’clock in the morning and left a card on our door. We have cameras and we had no way me on our porch at that time ( or all day) and no card at all. He said we were just out on f luck that he couldn’t send someone else out for a week. He said take it or leave it basically. No apology for having gotten Ben up a day of work while waiting for someone to show. We asked for the bosses’ name or number so we could discuss with him the poor attitude of this customer service representative and he said “I won’t be giving that out”. The person handling the calls on their end needs a class on proper and polite business etiquette. He was a true jerk. Let alone the fact that no one showed up for our repair and then we’re told “ it is what it is. “ I give this place an “F” all the way around.
