    On April 9, 2025, I purchased a ******* for $100 bouquet of flowers in the amount of $68. The order was redeemed online though ****** *****. The bouquet chosen was called the Vibrant Garden, which was to include the following: (2) Orange Lilies; (6) Orange Roses; (6) Hot Pink Mini Carnations; (3) Purple Iris; (3) Purple Daisy Pm; (3); Green Pom; (4) Purple Statice; and (5) Ruscus Greenery for a total of 32 stems. ****** ***** contracted to order with Special Occasions Unlimited in Elkview, WV. The amount of money that was given to Special Occasions Unlimited from ****** ***** was $65. The work order provided to Special Occasions Unlimited specifically listed out all the flowers that were to be included in the bouquet (total of 32 stems as listed above). Special Occasions Unlimited accepted the job; however, made the bouquet to the dollar amount provided and not the description. The bouquet created included 11 stems as follows: (2) White Lillie's; (3) Red Roses; (3) Purple Carnations; and (3) Orange Alstroemeria. I contacted Special Occasions Unlimited, and they would not redo the bouquet to specification and deferred me back to ****** ***** (text correspondence attached). My complaint against Special Occasions Unlimited is for accepting the contract with ****** ***** and not proving what was listed in the work order. Special Occasions Unlimited acknowledged in the text correspondence that they have the ability to deny contracts if they cannot fulfill for the dollar amount provided.

    Please note that I have contacted ******* as well. They provided me $20 in ******* Bucks, which I did not feel appropriately compensated me for the discrepancy between what was purchased and what was provided; therefore, I filed a complaint with the BBB against ******* as well.

    Yes, we spoke to the customer over text who sent in the complaint and as we told her we did not recieve the full amount that she paid to ****** *****. We did however recieve $75 and $10 of that was delivery which left us with $65 for the arrangement and we fill to the dollar amount given to us, also when we recieve a wire in order it says "second choice" - as close as possible.
