    I had high hopes for this business, initially ordered Pepperoni Rolls online from CCB and the delivery was prompt and delicious, at that time i would give them 5 stars but since i can not get anyone to fulfill my order or give me a refund i rate them 1 star for very customer poor service and simply being mia. This is just ridiculous... i am having to do all the footwork here to speak to the owner to try and get this resolved to but to no avail i am out $35.65.
    About a month later decided to place another order. They fill orders on Monday and Tuesday of each week and promptly ship out, this is what their website says. I put in my order on 4/23 a dozen Pepperoni rolls which was a Tuesday so I knew my order would not be filled until the following Monday (4/29), Order #18399, $35.65 was debited from my account. I waited a few days but had not received my order.. this was strange because my previous or arrived within a day or two of Mondays shipping. I then reached out via their social media and also emailed them directly on Thursday (5/2) or Friday (5/3) with no response. I ended up sending another email and post to social media with still no response so i called their location a couple times and spoke to a couple employees on 2 different days that said owner was not there, they would let him know. They could not take care of this for me, had to be the owner.. Still have not heard anything about my order and it is now 5/8/2024. The owner (Chris P*******) has not reached out, not acknowledged my emails, shipped my purchase or refunded me in anyway as of 5/8/2024.
    I just need someone to reach out to me and make this right but have not heard from the owner at all or any of his employees about not receiving my order.
