    I never received the product and they broke my laptop. It only had a busted screen and now it doesn't work at all.

    Also they are holding it hostage until they get paid even though I'm now out a 2000 dollar laptop.

    I ordered a the 144hz laptop lcd panel for an Acer Nitro 5. They ordered it and when they told me that my laptop would not turn on anymore I told them to try putting the old panel in to try that. The laptop still didn't turn on. I told them I wanted a refund because I had no use for a screen for a laptop that did not turn on. They offered me store credit. I was not satisfied with this. Why would I trust a repair company that destroyed my most expensive purchase ever? They refused to give me a refund when I expressed this so after receiving my broken laptop I called the credit card company and disputed the charge. They took my hard drive out so I could back up the data. when I told them I needed to pout it back so another company could look at it they told me that they would refuse to give me what is mine until they got paid for the screen I did not receive. Now they are holding my laptop hostage and refuse to get in contact with the credit card company to get the money they swindled from me.
