    I had reservations for July 21-23 for two queen size beds. Instead I was issued a small bed in a very small room. Went to desk and clerk said they had no other rooms available. She said she would let the manager know when she comes in the morning. Of course she never came. Went back to desk in the morning and they said the manager was not there and they didn't know when she would be there. Clerk said she is often not there. I was finally able to speak with manager, Kayla *******, on the phone after going home. She said she would have a refund issued. I never heard from her again. I called the hotel and left a message for her to call me multiple times and she did not return call. I finally called again and was able to speak to Kayla on October 6th and she said a refund had been issued but we had never received it. She said she would follow up and call us back on Monday. We still have not heard from her and have not received a refund. I am fed up. Please follow up and help me get my refund.

    concern filed by ***** ******* at the Microtel property in Fairmont, WV.

    We
    would have been happy to help with the concern, however the reservation was not
    booked through our Microtel by Wyndham website, reservation center or directly
    with the hotel. Please have the guest contact the third-party booking agency
    used for the reservation. We apologize, but we do not have access to the reservation
    details; therefore, the representatives at the agency where the reservation was
    confirmed are better equipped to assist with your concern.
