    I asked if this company could handle an order of 400 Hot Cocoa Bombs
    Hi ******, thanks for reaching out. We most certainly do handle large orders. For an order that size we would just ask for a processing time of 2-3 days so our staff can easily work it in with existing orders.

    They had 6 days to complete the order and it was definitely not what we ordered. It was as if we ordered the ****** version but received the **** version. When I sent a message to Chris his had one excuse after another. And then I received this message -
    First off ******, get ******* I most certainly did not charge you sales tax, as can be seen on the invoice. That does not mean I do not pay the sales tax on it.
    In ending, get ******.
    Please pass on to ***** that if we do not receive either payment or the product returned within 72 hours we will be filing a collection in district court.
    Not only did we not receive what we ordered but then to be treated like it is my fault.
