09/13/2022-Order from Gino's in Hamlin, WV. Told be ready 30 minutes. I call back to see how much & get told it's not done. Will be 15 more minutes. Fine, they're busy, I get that. My total is $29.40 on 2 for Tuesday. I had ordered 2 baked spaghetti & 2 large pizzas. Always remember it being little over $20. I call back to make sure my order is correct, it is. I'm baffled at this point & debating canceling my order. But I have hungry kids here so I don't. Pick it up & come home to do the math. Can't make sense still. I call back and ask how an order I thought was little over $20 is almost $30? He automatically says here's my manager, hands phone to manager (did I just rlly hear him say I'm not dealing with this ?? happen much)?! She then explains baked spaghetti is $13.99. The two large pizzas are also $13 & change. I said, "well I thought baked spaghetti use to be $8.99 & aren't large pizzas $8.99?!" I'm told, "pizzas are $8.99 everyday BUT Tuesday. Tuesday they go to regular menu price which is $13 and change. Spaghetti is $13 and change." I said well isn't that a little misleading? She says, "it's always been like that." Okay, fine, inflation, I get that. Prices raise, whatever. But I think it IS misleading &wrong to charge $8.99 everyday BUT Tuesday when you are suppose to be getting a deal! Just want to let others know about this trickery. Not expecting any action. But would be nice if they had to keep one price, not mislead/trick others. They get away with treating customers bad since only competition is 711. Little Caesars mobile stopped coming, last I knew they were having issues with parking ??. Wonder why? The monopoly in my town needs to stop. Now I see why daughters father is complaining everytime he goes there!

In reference to complaint ID ********, Gino's Pizza has a special every day of the week, including Tuesdays, that consists of purchasing one large one topping pizza for $8.99.
Furthermore, Gino's Pizza also has a "Two for Tuesday" special only on Tuesdays, in which customers may purchase any Homestyle Spaghetti, Baked Spaghetti, or large pizza at regular menu price and receive another Homestyle Spaghetti, Baked Spaghetti, or large pizza of lesser or equal value for free.
Because the "Two for Tuesday" offer requires customers to purchase one of the three menu items at regular menu price, it excludes the $8.99 pricing for the one large one topping pizza which is a discounted "special."
To further illustrate this, I have attached a copy of our current menu which clearly reflects the regular menu pricing of all our items. Additionally, I have attached an image of a receipt, further illustrating that the $8.99 price is "special" pricing, which excludes it from any "Two for Tuesday" offerings.
