      took my truck to have them fix my a/c i was told they pressure tested the system and recharged the a/c and called me and told me my truck was ready to be picked up i got to ********* 25 minutes after their closing time they were nice enough to stick around so that way i could get my truck back after paying the $200 dollar bill that they charged me i got in my truck and turned the a/c on to see how it worked after 5 minutes it still wasn't getting cold. i called them the next day and told them about it he told me to call back at noon time so i did and didn't get a response i then called again 5 or 6 more times throughout the rest of the day and still got nothing back from them the next day i called again and finally got ahold of the owner he talked to me about it and even said if he wasn't mistaken they had fixed it and had the a/c blowing colds so he rescheduled me for the next coming Friday so they could take a look at it to see what was wrong. i took it back to them that coming friday so they could look at it again few hours went by and they called me and said the a/c pump is bad and i asked how could it go bad from the time they first fixed it to the time i picked it up that day and he said maybe it happened when he turned the key off that he didn't know things just happen like that sometimes he was also acting unprofessional about being kind of a smart a** he also added in that he hopes i don't come back that he's backed up with other things and wouldn't be able to work on it for 3 weeks and not once said anything about reimbursing me any of the 200 dollars i spent all he said was it wasn't nothing they did but the truck was never fixed to be begin with i picked it up the same way i dropped it off they just didn't want to admit that they didn't fix all they wanted was to rip off
