    That is a lie and I will include it in the complaint with the West Virginia Board of Dentistry.

    The so called Dr clearly and repeatedly said if I wait around all day he may or may not be able to do it.  Anyone with a brain would have waited if what you say were the case.

    Of course I got aggravated, what person wouldn't when they're the first patient that signed in and was told he may or may not have time to do the extractions.

    You did not tell me you were refusing service, I told you to shove it and I walked out, I also told the waiting room what kind of so called business you were running on my way out the door.

    Bad enough being unprofessional and unorganized but now you're also a liar.

    Does your patient rooms have cameras? I'll look into that and we'll see exactly what your so called Dr said.

    Proceeds to blame his overbooked schedule on the call center that booked the appointment, narcissist at its finest.
    I lost one day work wages, $50.00 in gas and put 220 miles of unneeded wear on my vehicle from this disorganized mess of a business.
    The Dentist felt no remorse and continued to blame everyone else and took no responsibility.
    This is ethically wrong and I will be contacting other agencies to have this DR and his business looked into.
    I'm pretty sure if I would have bought one of those packages then he would have had time for me today.
    Money chasers, why make $250.00 on me when you can make much more doing surgeries?
    In what world does a patient make an appointment for a procedure, wait two months and drive 220 miles and the DR says he's too busy with other patients when my appointment was the first appointment of the day.

    We appreciate the opportunity to respond to this complaint and clarify the circumstances.

    At our office, we do strive to offer same-day treatment when clinically appropriate and when our schedule allows. This is always contingent upon a clinical evaluation, which includes reviewing the patient’s medical history, radiographs, and examination findings to determine safety and feasibility.

    In this patient’s case, he was scheduled for a consultation appointment, which was clearly noted in our system. He was informed that if he met the clinical criteria and if time permitted, we would do our best to accommodate same-day extraction(s). We offered him that opportunity and asked that he wait approximately one hour, as we worked him into a full surgical schedule.

    At no point did we refuse care without cause. The patient, however, became verbally aggressive and profane toward our clinical and administrative team. Despite attempts to explain the situation and offer treatment options—including a discounted package if applicable—the patient continued to behave in an increasingly disruptive manner. As a result, we made the necessary decision to dismiss him from our practice for the safety and well-being of our staff and other patients.

    Thus, we regret that the situation was upsetting for the patient, but we acted in accordance with standard clinical and ethical protocols.

    My first visit with affordable dentures was on 10/18/2023. I was to be fitted for the ultimate fit denture, uppers and lowers.
    I was fitted and a week later I came back and picked them up and they fit well. I came back in for a follow up appointment 11/22/2023 and with out my request or consent they adjusted my lower denture and since that day, it has not fit properly. I have blistering and sores in my mouth and it does not fit in mouth the way it is advertised or the way that it did when I brought it home. I have made them aware and have had numerous appointments since then and they have over and over said they would fix the problem and make a new lower denture, but they have not. At one if the appointments I was told that they we not getting along with the man at the lab that makes the final denture. The dentist said this man was unreasonable and he could not work with him. This day I was at the office from 8am till 3pm and got nothing done. Following are a list of appointments I have been to trying to resolve this problem: 11/22/23, 01/08/24, 01/18/24,03/07/24.
    Today is 03/07/24, my appointment was at 10 am and the drive time is an hour.. I went there to get an impression for the remake of the lower denture and it was done, then I got a phone call from the office at 430pm today saying the bite was off and it would have to be done again. This will be the forth time. I called the cooperate office and was put on hold then shortly after, disconnected. I am in pain, I have blisters and sores in my mouth and I fear that I will never get something that is correct and what I paid for. Please help me, I just don't know what to do. I have been waiting a long time to have this dentures. All I want is for them to be the way they were given to me when I first brought them home. I did not ask for such an adjustment, why the technician filed them down I do not know. I would just like to have them fit the way they advertise and the way they did when I brought them home. I'm tired of being in pain everyday. And making these trips back and forth with no solution is really hard on me financially and emotionally. Please help.

    This is in reference to my patient, ******* ********. (My apologies for not having responded to you sooner.) I called her the day I received the notice of her complaint. We talked about what all I needed to do to complete her case and even sent her a picture of her dental models and why we were requesting she return.

    She was so grateful that I had called and thanked me many times.

    She returned to the office and we have taken care of the issue in its entirety.
