    Did not keep me apprised of ANY progress towards scheduled work date for needed roof repairs. (Tree on house in storm.) Promised to put tarp over roof and NEVER did. Was forced to do it myself. After 3+ months alerted me at 10:11pm by text that work would begin the following morning. Workers on site took tarp from roof and disposed of it without my consent. Material was left on my property and extending into my neighbor's property for several days after roof was fixed. Gutters were NOT replaced that day and was only advised that this was done by a separate crew AFTER I threatened to report the taking of the tarp as theft. Could not give date for when gutter would be replaced. Company rep was VERY rude and indignant on phone when complaint was made. Lectured me that police would "laugh" at theft claim. Can't tell me WHEN gutter will be installed and tried to pass blame to Insurance Adjuster. Said it was normal for workers to dispose of tarps on jobs and tried to excuse their actions. Questioned if I had even installed tarp myself.
    NOTE: To be fair, after threatening a theft report they DID offer to deduct cost of tarp from bill.
    VERY non-communicative from the outset, don't follow-through on promises, have to be poked and prodded every step of the way. Rude and generally arrogant.
    Would STRONGLY advise public to avoid if timely work is needed.

    I CALLED THIS COMPANY AFTER A TORNADO IN MY AREA SOMEONE COME OUT AND LOOKED EVERYTHING OVER AND TOLD ME WHAT WAS NEEDED AND SAID IN A WEEK THEY WOULD BE WILLING TO GET STARTED AND WHEN THE INSURANCE QUESTIONED THEM THEY REPORTED NOTHING AS THEY TOLD ME AND REFUSE TO RETURN ANY PHONE OR EMAIL CONTACT AND STILL AS OF 7-13-24 NOTHING TERRIBLE COMPANY AND Representatives in the field
