    I pay for an annual pest inspection and have had this service with K & B Pest Control for many years. I pay the invoice when it's received and they call to set the appointment. In 2021 we paid but didn't hear from them, so I called in late October and they came right away. In 2022 I paid for the service ($80.25) in June again no one called to set an appointment. I started calling in October only to have to leave messages four times. I never spoke to a person and no one called me back. Today January 30, 2023 a lady called to schedule an appointment. I told her no that I'd like a refund since we didn't get an inspection in 2022. She said "we don't give refunds, we do your inspection as curtesy" I said but we didn't get the inspection we paid for in 2022. She stated very rudely that I could not get a refund. Last inspection was October 2021 so it's been 15 months without a pest inspection. And I'd rather do business with another company who would appreciate their long time customers. And I'd like my fees $80.25 back for the service I did not receive.

    The policy is to re-inispect the premises when K & B Pest Control believes it is necessary, or annually if they request it. The complaintant has stated that they attempted 4 times to request an inspection. If one was requested it would have been done. We never refused a refund just only stated the previous policy an the complaintant them stated she was calling BBB and hung up. We are attaching the Termite Agreement that states in paragraph 3 the above mentioned policy.
