      Dropped my sisters car 2 times while changing a tire and refuse to fix the damage they caused. Horrible people are done like this you would think with they would be more then willing to help with the situation that they were at fault in.

      Engaged this towing company to tow a car from accident site and charged an outrageous fee. $850 to tow. car ? To take the car 7 miles from accident site, and there was no clean up involved in this situation either. Just a pick up and take to storage. That is criminal to take advantage of people in such unfortunate situations. Never in my entire life have I had to pay more than $120 to tow a car. I don't know how such companies get away with such an atrocity. So thought I bring this up with the Better Business Bureau and will take it court if necessary.

      Awful Customer Service, I believe majority of people running or working for the company are racist!
