  Quick response and very professional . The work completed exceeded my expectations . I would recommend this company to anyone looking for work on their home .

  He is very slow. Did not put a drip edge on the roofing and the gutters aren't straight and leak. The flooring makes a noise when you walk across it. The yard is an uneven mess where they didn't even it out from driving bull doser on it and placement of the dirt. They drove through my ditch and made rutes so water doesn't flow as it should. Cigarette butts all over the place. Never cleaned up each time they finished. Only did a little bit of work and not show up again for several weeks.
  This was a very stressful experience not knowing when they would show up.
  He doesn't communicate with his customers.
  He very seldom showed up himself. He's not professional. I would not recommend him.

  I was very disappointed to read the review that you left on the Better Business Bureau site. I would have much more appreciated you talking directly to me first, so that we could resolve these issues. You noted that I have not been in contact with you which is incorrect. If I can't answer immediately I will call you back. I do have many customers other than you that need my attention. I have and will continue to answer each call and question, but it does take time.
  Now concerning your yard, as you are aware it has been very wet between the snow and rain. This type of condition is not appropriate for smoothing out a yard. I have no problem smoothing it out when the weather is appropriate so that your yard will look great providing you contact me.
  As you may remember, I explained to you that your gutters would not work properly the way that you wanted them installed. I did send my people back out and look at the gutters and they did what they could given the weather at that time ( it was in freezing temperatures) gutter sealant does not work in freezing temperatures or in are wet conditions.
  Now concerning the squeak, my crew came and put an extra support. It wasn't needed but we did so to please you.
  And lastly, I have only one crew member that smokes. If there were butts on the ground, I do apologize, he knows not to leave butts on the property. I will address this with him personally.
  Again, I am very sorry that you did not confront me personally, before writing a review on the Better Business Bureau website. I do not want any of my customers to not be pleased with our work. But you do have to communicate these issues with me.

  My review was honest. There were days and weeks no work was done. The outside work was done after the weather turned cold. The last text I got from him said he would be by sometime that week to look at the gutters, but he never called or showed up.
  He first said they could overlap the new gutter onto the original one in the corner of the roof. That was fine with me. Then they said it didn't have enough slope, so they would have to put a down spout on it at the other corner. I was ok with that too, if that's the way it had to be done. But when they put it up and I asked about it, they said it could be overlapped.
  That was fine with me, but it leaks in the seams and I have a water fall in the corners on both sides of the roof. I knew it was too cold to seal it when they were here. He was trying to appease me.
  Also, it looks as though there is no drip edge on the sides of the roof where the gutters are and I can see light through the soffit. I don't think that should happen. I mentioned this to him when he said he would look at it, but didn't show up.
  If this had been done before bad weather, there would have been time to fix it properly.
  The floor still creeks. I can tell where they put the blocks underneath to support it because it feels like a hump in the floor; even though you can't see it.
  The contract was signed June 2. He had good weather to get the outside work done. My lawn was a mess all summer with a huge pile of dirt. It didn't get moved until November. He waited til November to rush everything when it was below freezing temperatures to do the outside work.
  I have the dates when any work was done and pictures.
  I'm disappointed and have had a lot of anxiety regarding this matter. I would like to see it resolved, when possible.
