    Our family would like an end date put on our parents grave marker. Mother (******** ****** ******) passed away 11/06/2021, Father (***** * ******) 01/01/2023. We have been promised over and over but not completed. Was told needed template but always a reason not done. i.e. COVID, short of help, raining etc. Supposedly I was told in June 23 that it had been sent in but still nothing as of now. Hasn’t come in yet??? I think 2 years plus is adequate time. I have seen 2022 on several markers but 2021 not in yet. This is a terrible cemetery that should be under state observation. Took almost a year to get grave site dressed up from burial and now this. Please help.

    We bought and paid for a marker on Aug 26, 2021. We where told it would be here around the end of Oct 2021, We paid $4700.00 in full for the marker. to this day still no marker, we have been told many different stories over the past 17 months. Come to find out that Forest Lawn now wants us th change our order to a 2 piece marker and they will set it in the granite. So this tells me that the marker was never ordered. I want the marker we ordered and paid for.

        The Bonze memorials are a 2 piece memorial. The bronze is made in a plant in Arkansas then is shipped to Georgia where the granite is attached. Then it is shipped to the cemetery. We changed it for the bronze to be shipped directly to the cemetery. I have a source to get the granite in quicker and they are rushing the bronze to me. We did this to not delay the setting of the stone any further from the date that it was originally ordered.

    My father ***** ** ******* was buried at Forest Lawn Memorial Garden in Jane Lew, WV in February 2020. All funeral arrangements were prepaid. The year of death plaque has still not been affixed to his headstone. I have been in contact with the management on many occasions and they have not finished the work and it is now going on 3 years. I have been given a range of excuses including supply chain issues due to the COVID-19 pandemic and mismanagement by previous employees. My parents purchased burial plots at Forest Lawn because they were promised perpetual care. The management has been unresponsive and it is not acceptable.
