      I being over charged for gas. And my bill has been messed up since they changed over from ****** to hope. I've been over charged on ever bill suppose to be on budget the amount is different every month. And I pay it down to zero balance and then my next bill says I have a balance from last bill. How is that possible. I've talk to several people with same problems. And I'm pretty sure they are just stealing money from and many others. And something needs to be done.

      This company has no clue what they’re doing. My bill has been messed up since they switched to hope gas

      I received a bill for $194.71 when I paid it they said I owe $336.41. We went ahead and paid it with our debit card they’re saying they don’t know anything about this bill well I just got another bill for $194.71 that’s is 243.82 I understand they just took this over from dominion but they have overcharged me $100 now they’re saying that it has not been paid. It was ran through our bank with our debit card and I sent her a copy of it so this definitely needs to be checked on. I would appreciate it
