    I ORDERED 3 - 16 INCH BRACKETS AND RECEIVED 3 - 18 INCH BRACKETS. REQUESTED RMA AND COMPLETE REFUND. SENT PHOTO'S AS REQUESTED AS WELL. WAS CONTACTED AND TOLD THAT IT WAS NOT THEIR FAULT FOR SENDING THE WRONG ONES. THEY REFUSED TO FULLY REFUND MY PURCHASE. THEY PROVIDED AN RMA BUT I MUST PAY SHIPPING. SHIPPING CHARGES TO RETURN ARE HIGHER THAN THE PRODUCT VALUE. THEY REFUSED TO ASSIST. THIS APPEARS TO BE A SCAM.I ORDERED 16 INCH BRACKETS FROM *** ******** AND RECEIVED 16 INCH BRACKETS.I AM DEMANDING A COMPLETE REFUND OF MY ORDER.

    We greatly apologize for any misunderstanding with this product you ordered. The manufacture of this item is a company called "**********". We are simply a distributor of the item. We must list the item as the manufacture states, and we cannot alter the item in any fashion physically, or verbally. 

    The item does state in the description that it is "16 inch projection from the wall after the item is mounted".

    Because there is an angle on the bracket, from the wall to the end of the bracket is what is considered the projection. "Not the overall length". 

    However, we did also state that it is "16 inches long", and for that, I can see where the confusion may have arose.

    We will simply issue a complete credit back to your original form of payment.

    For future reference of online ordering, please read item details in complete. If there are any typos, or misleading information, always contact that direct company you are purchasing from and confirm the exact details of the item.
